Julie Moore has over 20 years experience managing residential construction, commercial and residential property management, buying and selling residential property, and customer relations. After earning her degree in 1992, Julie started her career with financial sales and mortgage originating. She married her “homebuilder” husband in 1998 and joined his construction company as Vice President. Together they created a second company for investing in real estate. Julie and her husband currently own and manage several commercial and residential properties. She and her husband have closed hundreds of property transactions, making Julie very familiar with all facets of real estate. Having built and lived in 8 houses, Julie has gained the knowledge and experience of building their own custom homes. Julie and her family moved to Satellite Beach to embrace the casual, family friendly lifestyle our beaches in Brevard County have to offer.With a solid foundation in real estate, Julie now sells properties in Florida.Julie loves living in Satellite Beach with her husband, Chris and their 3 sons. She is a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, and enjoys boating and playing tennis in her spare time.
