Cindy Rhoton has been a proud resident of Melbourne Beach for over 26 years. Born and raised in Miami, she is a Florida native and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. After moving to Floridana Beach in 2000, Cindy quickly realized she had found a true gem in this quaint coastal town. She feels fortunate to have raised her three children in such a close‑knit, supportive community and continues to appreciate the sense of connection that makes this area feel like paradise.

Cindy is passionate about exceptional customer service and is dedicated to helping clients find the right fit—whether they’re purchasing their first home, seeking an investment property, or navigating a transition for a growing or changing family. She listens closely, works tirelessly, and is committed to matching each client with a property that truly meets their needs. To Cindy, the closing of a home is just the beginning of a relationship.
