About Curri Properties

Curri Properties was born of a need for a new kind of real estate firm. In Brevard County there were plenty of one-man or one-woman Realtors, and plenty of big-name franchises. But what Brevard County needed was something in-between, with a more client-oriented focus. Our vision was to create a boutique-style real estate firm, with the focus on the people and the community.

It’s not exactly a family business (although John Curri Sr. is involved in sales, the company was founded by John Curri Jr.), but it’s a family feeling. We take a serious interest in our community, and want to find our clients the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. When starting a search, we first talk with our client about their interests, lifestyle, preferences, goals, and habits, and then look for homes in neighborhoods that fit those parameters.

We strive for excellence by creating our community and investing our time and money back into our community. The proof of our efforts is in the level of return customers we have.

Although our main focus is Brevard County, Indian River County, and Volusia County, we represent buyers and sellers everywhere in Florida, and can help you sell or find that special property.
